Air Travel Terms and Conditions
Most discounted airline ticket prices include critical tariff rules such as nonrefundability, change and/or cancellation fees, maximum stay and advance purchase requirements. Whichever method you choose to obtain your airline ticket, you will always be informed of all tariff rules. In most cases, airlines require all reservations to be ticketed within 24 hours. In those cases we require payment by credit card. Where the 24 hour ticketing rule does not apply, Sunshine Travel will accept checks if there is enough time for the check to clear the bank. Reservations may be canceled and tickets voided no later than 24 hours after ticket is issued. Tickets issued Friday can be voided on Monday. After that, all tariff rules apply.
All reservations are subject to a $35 transaction fee per invoice with a $15 fee for each additional ticket. This ticket processing fee is assessed by Sunshine Travel. However, one invoice may include multiple passengers with the same itinerary. A $25 cancellation fee in addition to any airline cancellation fees will be applied after tickets have been issued and need to be procesed for refund.
