Sunshine Travel and Cruise is a California corporation (Palm Springs Travel Group Inc.) duly registered with the State of California Attorney General's Office as required by the State Sellers of Travel Law, registration #2069733-10. Under the terms of that law, we also contribute to the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation which maintains and manages a $1,600,000 consumer restitution fund.
Palm Springs Travel Group Inc. is licensed to sell airline transportation by ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation and IATAN (International Airline Travel Agent Network). We also are members of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association).
